2. Services

TradeSkillWay.com provides online courses, live webinars, workshops, and one-on-one coaching sessions focused on technical analysis, risk management, and trading strategies.

3. Enrollment and Payment

To enroll, you must complete the registration form and remit payment in full. All fees are quoted in CHF and must be paid via the methods specified at the time of purchase. Access to course materials begins upon receipt of payment.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by You

You may cancel your enrollment within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 10% of the course content. To initiate cancellation, please contact our team using the details in Section 6.

4.2 Refund Eligibility

If you qualify for a refund, the amount will be calculated as follows:

• Full refund if cancellation is requested within 7 days and content access is below 10%.
• 50% refund if cancellation is requested within 14 days and content access is between 10% and 30%.
• No refund after 14 days or if content access exceeds 30%.

4.3 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.

4.4 Exceptions and Disputes

In exceptional cases, such as technical failures or documented health emergencies, TradeSkillWay.com may, at its sole discretion, grant a full or partial refund outside the standard policy. To request an exception, submit a detailed written appeal.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, slide decks, and proprietary indicators are the intellectual property of TradeSkillWay.com and are protected by Swiss and international copyright laws. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction is prohibited.
